A summers day Manor House elopement in North Devon.


If you're looking for an intimate elopement, in a gorgeous Manor House in North Devon, then stop what you're doing, grab a cuppa and take a look at this!

Nicola & Pete decided to wed at Moreton House in Bideford with their two children and Pete's brother and his wife, in August 2022. In typical British style, it was a rainy summers day but it cleared up just when it mattered. Although we wouldn't have minded if it didn't because Moreton House provides a wide variety of place to have some couple portraits taken within the house itself.




After their lovely ceremony we took some group photos, threw some confetti, had some bubbles and then went off outside for some couple portraits.



Now off for some 'alone time' aka, 10 mins together with a third wheel (me!!) in tow. Just look at those colours!



Then it would have been rude not to take some portraits inside the house. So that's what we did! Making use of some gorgeous full height windows, the stunning stair case and the beautiful passage way. I just love how Helen and Harvey have restored these rooms, they're so elegant and in keeping with the property.



Then onto some fun with the kiddos and their family before sitting down to a high tea provided Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes.
